We only collect personal data when you actively contact us. When you fill in the contact form on our website, the following information is collected:

Name of the parent or legal guardian
Name of the child
Date of birth of the child
Email address
Free-text message (optional)

In addition, technical data is automatically collected by our website platform (Wix) and by Google Analytics (see Section 5).

The processing of your data is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, in force since 1 September 2023). Data is processed on the basis of your voluntary contact (consent through use of the contact form). For minors, the details provided by the legal guardian constitute consent.

5.1 Wix (Website Platform)

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com Ltd. platform (Tel Aviv, Israel). Wix automatically collects technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system and page views. 5.2 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about how visitors use our website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the United States.

Personal data received via the contact form is retained only for as long as necessary to process your enquiry — generally no longer than 2 years after the correspondence is concluded. Data of active club members is retained for the duration of their membership and thereafter for the legally required retention period (generally 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations).
