Alena was born on July 5th, 1974 in Minsk, capital of Belarus.
She graduated from elementary school by 1989, after which she attended the Minsk Sports School - Olympic Reserve. In 1991 she started at the Academy for Physical Development and Sport in Minsk.
For 5 years she studied at the academy and at the same time was a member of the Belarus national team in rhythmic gymnastics. In 1998 she graduated from the academy as Master of Sports with other titles such as teacher in physical culture and sports, but also gymnastics coach. She has trained gymnasts at all levels in various clubs in Belarus and Switzerland. As the person in charge, she has looked after gymnasts at many competitions both abroad and at home.
She has been married since 2003 and has 2 children (Vivienne, 17 and Nicole, 11).
During her active sports career, she also trained in ballet and dance, as well as choreography and was able to create her own performances. She has attended various J + S courses in Switzerland. In addition, she is also a trained referee, so she knows the requirements for successful competitions very well.

Rezeda Bislimi - Choreographer
Rezeda Bislimi was born in 1985 in Republic of Tatarstan, Russia.
Even as a child, she understood that the art of dance would become a career. In 1992 she enrolled at the Children's Art School, Choreography Department, and in 1998 she completed the full course of study in the choreography department.
At the art school she studied classical dance, folk stage dance, historical folk dance and ball dance, rhythm, basic musical knowledge and music listening stage dance. After graduating from children's school, she began dancing in the pop-folk ensemble "SAF". The ensemble has received numerous awards, has been a participant and winner in numerous city and international competitions as well as numerous performances with pop artists. Rezeda completed further studies at Kazan State University with honors and received a degree in financial management. She has been married since 2011 and has two children (Amir 2013, Ariana 2015). Rezeda completed her training as a trainer in rhythmic gymnastics (J+S course leader for youth sports)

In ihrer Heimat hat sie die Auszeichnung "Master of Sports" bekommen.
Sie besuchte auch viele Kurse in der Choreografie, Tanz und aerial gymnastics. Momentan studiert sie an einer Universität und trainiert bei uns. Sie liebt es mit Kindern zu arbeiten und wird von den Kindern sehr geliebt.
Katerina Grigoryeva - Coach
Kateryna was an active and successful gymnast in Ukraine from 1992 to 2002. In her home country she received the “Master of Sports” award. Kateryna completed training as a trainer in rhythmic gymnastics (J+S course leader for youth sports).
